Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with StarKid.pk. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make the exchange process simple and convenient.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests for products that are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

To request an exchange, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your order.

2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect the product and review your request. After verification, we will contact you to confirm the status of your request.

If approved, an online store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases on StarKid.pk.

3. Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it with a new item delivered to your doorstep.

To start the exchange process, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your parcel.

4. Return Shipping

After submitting your exchange request through email or WhatsApp:

  • If the wrong item was sent from our side, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep without any additional charges.
  • If the correct item was delivered according to your order but you still wish to exchange it, you will need to pay only Rs.250 as exchange service charges for doorstep pickup.

You may also send the parcel back yourself if preferred.

After receiving the item, we will either issue online store credit or process the refund for the product amount only.

5. Product Exchange Limitations

At StarKid.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be exchanged.
  • If an exchange is approved during a sale period, the current sale price will be considered final.
  • The product must be unused and in proper resellable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and undamaged.
