Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is:
• Major Cities: 2–4 working days
• Other Areas: 3–6 working days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or minimum order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your parcel بسهولة.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are usually issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is not available, we will offer an alternative or refund.
